Hello, I'm Lisa Wietbrock, the founder of Lisa Wietbrock's Holistic Nutrition. My journey into the world of holistic health and nutrition has been a deep and personal one which has been shaped by my background in Health and Physical Education, my struggles with my own health issues, and my unwavering passion for uncovering the root causes of health problems. 

Educational Foundation

I hold a degree in Health and Physical Education, a field that initially guided me toward a career focused on promoting well-being and physical fitness. Little did I know that my journey would take a different turn, leading me down a path towards holistic health.


Personal Health Struggles

Like many people, I've faced my own health challenges. For years, I grappled with health issues that left me feeling sick and fatigued, despite reassurances from standard healthcare providers that "I was fine." Frustration and a longing for answers fueled my determination to seek the truth about my health.

When conventional medicine failed to provide the answers I desperately needed, I made a life-changing decision. I took matters into my own hands, embarking on a quest to understand the root causes of my health issues. This decision marked the birth of my unwavering passion for holistic health and the core principles that guide my practice today.
